REFUND POLICY
A partial to full refund for production damaged products may be given if the consumer contacts PCOS Support Center, LLC through www.pcossupportcenter.com/contactus within 3 days of delivery. Returns are considered on a case by case basis. All returns must include photos of damaged product. Returns will be on a case by case basis and only for items damaged in production and not delivery. Any damaged product as a result of delivery will need to be managed and filed through the delivery company and the consumer. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
All Sales are Final. Once you submit payment you cannot ask to cancel. If in the event and at our discretion we provide a refund (before item fulfillment) you will be refunded only on original form of payment and there will be a $20 processing fee deducted from your refund.
PCOS Support Center, LLC is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen orders, delays in shipping due to weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses, or missing shipping information. If in the event a package is damaged, lost, or stolen, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the shipping carrier to recover damages.
CUSTOMS/VAT/DDU
We currently ship all packages with DDU (delivery and duties UNPAID). It is solely YOUR responsibility to pay your countries imposed taxes. PCOS Support Center, LLC cannot and will not calculate or pay these costs for you. Please know that we do try to adhere to each countries individual import policies. While we do our best to make sure that we don't ship prohibited products into countries, it is up to you to double check your country's import policies before ordering. Orders that are seized by your local customs can not be refunded.
