Shipping policy

All orders are fulfilled 3-5 business days from date purchased and sometimes much sooner.  Please keep US holidays in mind as well as our business days being Monday through Friday. IF we are not in stock with an item you purchase we will have that order fulfilled within 10 business days. We use the most economical international shipping partners and insurance is optional at no additional charge (you will need to email us @ pcossuppcenter@gmail.com with your order number immediately after placing your order to opt in to insurance).  with each shipment. You can expect your package within 1-3+ weeks. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is fulfilled and scanned into the carrier facility.

NOTE: We currently ship all packages with DDU (delivery and duties UNPAID). Please know that we do try to adhere to each countries individual import policies. While we do our best to make sure that we don't ship prohibited products into specific countries, it is up to you to double check your country's import policies before ordering. Orders that are seized by your local customs can not be refunded.
